Creation's an addiction
Heaven can't tame:

Rain
  To floods,
wind
  To hurricanes,
sparks
  To fire,
Clay
  To man.

Man to dominion,
destruction,

and death.

The leaven is gone
From all the bread,

which lies cold
Beneath ashes.

Our sackcloth's just another act
In a tragicomedy that will not consent to

End.
